A seasoned professional engineer Domenico also serves the Walls and Ceilings Contractors Association - Ottawa as the upfront bargaining lead for the ICI sector ErBA collective bargaining process.

Paul Normand is co-owner of B J Normand Ltd., a 4th generation Ottawa based construction and interior systems contractor founded 76 years ago. Paul serves as past president. As a seasoned negotiator in collective bargaining, Paul offers WACCA members knowledge and mentorship when approaching bargaining union agreements.

Paul Mayer is the president of Sapacon Drywall Limited and a long serving board member to the Walls and Ceilings Contractors Association - Ottawa. Sapacon specializes in interior systems including walls and ceilings installation and finishing. Sapacon has built a reputation for quality and efficiency that meets the needs of its clients across all projects. Paul is also active as the past president of the Ottawa Construction Association.

Patrick Lefebvre is the owner and principal of Korban Ltd. in Ottawa. As a 3rd generation contracting company, Korban was renamed in the 1970's following the founding of Roland Lefebvre Lathing founded in the 1960's. Patrick started at Korban in 1997 and purchased the company from his family in 2015. Patrick serves as the representative for WACCA at the Acoustic Association Ontario and serves the Board of Directors for the Ottawa Walls and Ceilings Training Centre.

Derek Smith is the day to day manager of the Walls and Ceilings Contractors Association and employer bargaining agent for the association. Raised in Ottawa, Derek has returned to his home city from London Ontario after 20 years of practicing as a design firm principal and 10 years as an ICI and homebuilder mixed trade association manager. Derek holds certificates in Civil Law procedure and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Harvard's Program on Negotiation. He adds adjunct Professor at York University School of Continuing Studies in the construction management post graduate program to his resume of industry service.
