James Jensen is the CFO of Aries Contracting, and with offices in Ottawa and Winnipeg specializing in fire protection services for interior systems and structure, James leads a group of professionals with specialized expertise in restoration and rehabilitation of existing structures along with new construction including exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS).

Domenico is a Senior Project Manager  and principal of  Marcantonio Constructors Inc. founded over 50 years ago.  Marcantonio is renowned for its craftsmanship, integrity and commitment to perfection.   A seasoned professional engineer Domenico also serves the Walls and Ceilings Contractors Association - Ottawa as the upfront bargaining lead for the ICI sector ErBA collective bargaining process.    

Paul Normand is co-owner of B J Normand Ltd., a 4th generation Ottawa based construction and interior systems contractor founded 76 years ago.   Paul serves as past president.    As a seasoned negotiator in collective bargaining, Paul offers WACCA members knowledge and mentorship when approaching bargaining union agreements. 

Karsh Singh is the President of Soubliere & SinGar.  Karsh serves as the treasurer for the Walls and Ceilings Contractors Association - Ottawa and has experience in project management, business development, project controls, estimating, procurement and tendering.   His business is focused on collaboration with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the public.

Paul Mayer is the president of Sapacon and a long serving board member to the Walls and Ceilings Contractors - Ottawa.   Sapacon specializes in interior systems including walls and ceilings installation and finishing.   Sapacon has built a reputation for quality and efficiency that meets the needs of its clients across all projects.   Paul is also active as the past president of the Ottawa Construction Association.

Derek Smith is the day to day manager of the Walls and Ceilings Contractors Association - Ottawa (ex-officio). Derek has practiced in Architectural firms as both staff and firm principal, and has led construction associations since 2007.    In addition to his architecture profession certifications,  Derek holds certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Civil Law procedure from the University of Windsor and Harvard PON programs.
