The 2020 version of CCDC 2 introduced "Ready for Takeover" and new occupancy language under Part 12 CCDC 2. Learn about RFT, the prerequisites to RFT as part of project close-out and how best to manage clients and trade partners. Also be ready for RFT to be built into all CCDC contracts. It will become a new normal.

Participate in real-world game of high stakes negotiations to set the monthly price for this commodity and profit or risk profit based on decisions made. You will be part of negotiating team representing your country. A debrief of behaviours and strategies used to win will be conducted after the game. The mechanics of this game were made famous by the Harvard Program on Negotiation and a similar exercise is used in by the Ontario Construction Secretariat in their Fundamentals of Construction Labour Relations course.
